The renovated room here is super nice, with a fresh look. You get a cozy bed and a really big shower that's awesome. the location can't be beaten, and the staff really knows their stuff and gives great service. 🌟

The hotel is in a great location near Old San Juan, the cruise terminal, a steak house, and an Olive Garden. We had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed drinks at the nearby Coctel bar.

The location is excellent and wonderful, near the cruise ship port and other areas in Old San Juan. We appreciated being close to Old San Juan for lunch. - Sizzler, a place to order dinner, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

the location of Hyatt House San Juan is fantastic, right next to Puerto Rico and Old San Juan. It is conveniently close to PR Convention Center and Plaza las Americas Mall. 3. I enjoyed a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to Pizza e Birra from the hotel.
